Exchanges & Returns

You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five working days of receiving the return.
Please note that our warehouse is located outside Europe. The cost of returning the order is borne by the customer.
Easy returns in three steps:

Step 1: Fill in the return form

Send an email to support@lovelia-shop.nl to request a return form.

Step 2: Return your order

Send the products along with the fully completed return form to the address stated on the form.
Make sure to add a track & trace code to the package.
As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment — we want to avoid misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five working days.
